About the Job

Joyn is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Content Finance & Analytics Team and to become an active part in shaping our content portfolio. We are looking for someone who is highly interested in content, has the ability to evaluate it from a financial perspective and analyze the content performance to provide content investment advice.

Opportunities to make an impact - what you do

  • Support the team in the preparation of the content budget, reach plan and multi-year plans
  • Analyze and report content performances to internal stakeholders (e.g. Content Acquisition, Content Production, Marketing etc.), and our shareholder Seven.One Entertainment Group
  • Financial evaluation of future content purchases and preparation of investment documents
  • Be responsible for the balance sheet position programming assets (balance sheet, depreciation and cashflow) and ensure correct bookings in the monthly and annual financial statements as you act as a contact person for our auditors
  • Implement new approaches to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operational areas
  • Contribute to the design and further development of existing processes and procedures
  • What we are looking for

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business economics or a comparable subject and have gained some professional experience in Controlling and/or Analytics
  • You are well-familiar with Excel
  • You have already gained some experience with SAP (FI/CO) and Tableau
  • You are passionate about content
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You are able to communicate complex facts in an understandable way
  • You have the ability to deliver results on time and with good quality
