About the Job
The Joyn Partnerships & Strategy team works on pushing our existing strategic partnerships to the next level, creating new alliances and strategic initiatives to maximize Joyn’s growth. You will support our management and operational teams in taking the right decisions on behalf of our customers. Our team evaluates ideas with a focus on future growth, consults strategic projects and facilitates their implementation.

Key account management of existing and creating new strategic partnerships on behalf of JoynThink big to take responsibility and ownership for organization-wide projects regarding business expansion, growth, trends and innovation projectsSupport working on key strategic initiatives together with management and operational teams to develop, grow and align Joyn’s businessUncover and structure business problems and opportunities by conducting detailed analyses of complex issues and create business models to enable strategic decisionsCreate, adapt and harmonize management presentations and proposals for key decisionsSupport internal teams proactively with strategic projects through relevant market research, evaluation, project and implementation management
What we are looking for
You have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Media Studies or comparable educationYou have already gained experience in key account- & partner management and/or strategy consulting e.g. business development or corporate strategy department, consulting firm or or start-up, ideally within the digital sectorYou stand out with a confident appearance, your structured and entrepreneurial way of thinkingYou have solid analytical, presentation and project management skillsYou work independently while being a strong team playerYou are an excellent communicator on all levelsYou have excellent German and English language skills
